28PhBet Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

By registering a player account with 28PhBet, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 28PhBet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 28PhBet (the "Platform").

If any provision of these terms conflicts with laws applicable in your jurisdiction, 28PhBet reserves the right to restrict or discontinue your access to ensure compliance. These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous agreement, representation, or understanding between you and 28PhBet, whether written or verbal.

28PhBet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of 28PhBet after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use a 28PhBet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 28PhBet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 28PhBet employee or director.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by or recognized by 28PhBet.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

28PhBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 28PhBet account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 28PhBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 28PhBet bears no responsibility for payment delays or failed verifications caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Your 28PhBet account credentials — username and password — are for your personal use only. You must not share them with any other person. Deposits are generally credited to your 28PhBet wallet instantly. In rare cases where a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, you should contact 28PhBet support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard e-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or e-wallets that are registered in the player's own name.
• 28PhBet does not accept third-party payments. Deposits from accounts not registered in the player's own name will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
• 28PhBet may request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 within a calendar month.
• Any fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the player. 28PhBet does not charge its own withdrawal fees for standard transactions.

General bonus rules applicable to all 28PhBet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering may be withdrawn, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with 28PhBet games, betting markets, or account functions.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus value.
• Using a stolen credit card, unauthorized payment method, or processing transactions on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes on 28PhBet for financial gain.

• Sharing or selling your 28PhBet account credentials, or allowing another person to operate your account.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits 28PhBet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month after a notice period. Players will be notified before any deductions are applied.
• Request by the player for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 28PhBet — any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, provided no compliance holds are in place.

28PhBet may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
